The Handmaid’s Story season 6 cast
The significant cast of The Handmaid’s all’s Story is supposed to return for the last season. As a result, O-T Fagbenle and Elisabeth Moss will reprise their roles as June Osborne and Luke. It is likely that Max Minghella will reprise his role as Nick, June’s former lover and confidant. The conflicted Aunt Lydia will also be played by Ann Dowd once more in the upcoming season.
Serena Joy Waterford, who has developed into one of the show’s main characters over the course of several seasons, will be played once more by Yvonne Strahovski. Samira Wiley returns as Moira, Bradley Whitford returns as Commander Lawrence, Amanda Brugel returns as Rita, and Madeline Brewer returns as Janine.
Sadly, it is not anticipated that some of the series’ original cast members will return following their absence in season 5. This includes Joseph Fiennes as Commander Waterford following his brutal assassination in the fourth season finale. After announcing her departure from the role of Emily ahead of the fifth season, Alexis Bledel was also written out of the show.
We anticipate that additional casting announcements will be made as production on the new season begins. Especially since we are aware that the show is preparing to set up The Testaments, so there will probably be some new introductions.
