When you got to episode eight of The Glory’s first season, you probably wondered where the vengeance went. After all, we have waited nearly as long as Song Hye-kyo (Moon Dong-eun) for the former victim of bullying to unleash her long-awaited hell on her former tormentors.
When the final episode aired, there was… not much vengeance yet. At this rate, the retribution will have been served cold and then brought back to room temperature, possibly causing further gastric distress. That is vengeance for you.
However, there are two parts to it! Netflix has previously affirmed a return visit, and in the following eight episodes, we’ll see the net crush more tight on the horrible Yeon-jin (Lim Ji-yeon) and her scornful kinship bunch.
