While there are more job-seekers who will get hired, MazzOCo said the hiring team needs to be careful not to oversell the job opportunities.
“The goal is to give people a clear picture of what their options are, and if they want to pursue them, and they want them to have a solid chance to land the job,” he said.
“I think a lot of that is about knowing the types of companies they are applying to, and where they are looking for people.
I think that is going to help us more in identifying the right candidate.”
