Posted August 06, 2018 13:14:17A job search website may offer employers the ability to connect job applicants to jobs in their network.
In an article by Al Jazeera, the website MonsterJob offers employers the option to connect an applicant with a job via LinkedIn.
“When you sign up to MonsterJob you will be asked to upload a photo and then a bio.
The bio is very personal and includes your name, age, and email address.
It also includes a link to your job search profile,” MonsterJob’s website reads.”
The photo and bio will be sent to your LinkedIn profile and your employers can use this information to connect you with your next position.”
The company also offers employers an option to share job offers.
MonsterJob’s job listing on LinkedIn reads: “Our job listings are for employers who need experienced people with a keen eye for talent.
We have a robust team of HR professionals in Sydney, NSW, who can help you find and hire the right person for your organisation.
We also offer flexible work arrangements for our clients.”
MonsterJob employs about 10 people, including six senior managers, who help with the recruitment and hiring of new employees.
The company said in its post that MonsterJob is working with several Australian governments to increase its digital presence in Australia.
“We have also partnered with the ABC to offer our users a free access to our jobs portal and a variety of social media features,” the company said.
“Please keep your eyes peeled for announcements from our partners as we ramp up our online presence.”
