But the job seekers themselves have some say in the hiring process.

As part of this process, Hire AND Find has partnered with a number of companies to offer job-seekers the chance to earn money on the platform.
These include companies like Zappos and Pinterest.
According a post on the Hire & Find site, ZappOS will allow job seekers from across the country to earn a commission for posting jobs.
The site says that this will be in addition to the $10 annual subscription to the service.
Pinterest will provide free job placement assistance to those who post job opportunities and the company is partnering with Job Quest to provide free placement assistance.
Job Quest is a company which connects job seekers with employers.
This could include companies that are looking for people with specific skills or who might be interested in working with other job seekers.
This partnership between Job Quest and Hire&Find could potentially be a great way for job-seeking job seekers who might not otherwise be able to find a job to earn some extra money.
