The American Way: Season 3 of Homecoming: Is it working out?
The CW was once the home of a full record of prearranged Television programs, large numbers of them part of the Arrowverse. The Flash will be the final Arrowverse show by 2023 and will conclude with its ninth season. Both Nancy Drew and Riverdale are scheduled to conclude their runs on the network.
As a result of Nexstar Media Group’s acquisition of The CW’s majority ownership, early reports suggest that only three of the remaining shows will be renewed.
Now, let’s talk about the renewals. All American, one of these three shows, was renewed for a sixth season in January 2023. Be that as it may, there is no report on whether the All American side project will get a reestablishment.
Seven scripted originals are competing for the remaining two slots, including Walker, Walker: Superman and Lois, Kung Fu, The Winchesters, Gotham Knights, Independence (highly unlikely), and, of course, All American Homecoming.
There is a good chance that The CW will keep its spin-off, All American, going for another season. Having said that, compared to other shows on The CW, it doesn’t get nearly as much attention from advertisers. In addition, its viewership and ratings simply do not match those of its parent series.
