In the delivery business it can be a challenge to hire and retain staff especially in difficult economic times when there is very little employee loyalty. I had to park all my delivery bikes up until ehjuma took over my HR processes.
Compulsory internships, are a core requirement of most tertiary programs in Ghana today, and enrolling in ehjuma FLP was really an afterthought, but i can only say good things of the program and recommend wholeheartedly.
